Die schamanische Traumaheilung ist ein therapeutischer Ansatz, der sich auf die Idee konzentriert, dass seelische Verletzungen nicht nur auf körperlicher oder geistiger Ebene, sondern auch auf spiritueller Ebene behandelt werden müssen

Bei der schamanischen Traumaheilung liegt der Fokus darauf, das Trauma nicht nur als isoliertes Ereignis zu betrachten, sondern auch als Teil des größeren Ganzen. Schamanische Praktizierende glauben, dass das Trauma in der Energie des Betroffenen eingefangen ist und durch spezielle Rituale und Praktiken, wie beispielsweise das Reinigen des Energiefeldes, die Verbindung mit spirituellen Führern oder das Durchführen von Seelenrückholungen, freigesetzt und geheilt werden kann.
